We then went down paths we had never dared to take before.
And achieved goals that seemed impossible to us.
That one person can be a leader for someone else.
This is precisely where my motivation lies: to support companies and executives in developing an authentic leadership identity.
I know the demands placed on managers. As a management consultant, head of digitization projects and business coach, I have accompanied numerous companies and international teams. I have repeatedly found that project success depends less on task complexity or software, but rather on how well superiors can promote motivation and collaboration.
Successful managers act from a deep understanding of themselves, based on self-reflection and targeted use of leadership skills. They develop confidence in their strengths and recognize the potential of their employees.
As an executive coach, this is where I come in: I support managers and teams in reflecting on their strengths and weaknesses, developing individual leadership skills and creating an inspiring, authentic leadership identity that works in the interests of employees and company goals.
